I've had allergy problems all of my life and have been to several allergy doctors over the years. I can equivocally say that these guys are the best!
Shoutout to the staff who have worked through all the hiccups of my care! Dr. Williams for working with my insurance to get an approval when a test was originally denied. Heather for being so kind and helping me with all my questions during shots. Sierra for calling and setting up my test appointment after the original denial made it difficult to get the authorization recognized. The front desk staff are always kind and welcoming. Heather the nurse that does the shots for my daughter is the best of the best. My daughter Daniella loves her so much and is so excited to see her every once or twice a week. Heather is so sweet and patient with her. Everyone in that office even the ladies in the reception are so nice and patient. They answer all your questions and it does not matter how many have and they still have a smile on the face! I love them all! So sweet!!!!! But like my daughter says….”I just love the red head(Heather)”!!!!!
The staff here is always so friendly and kind. My daughter has recently started getting shots, and they have been super patient and have done an awesome job to make her feel safe and secure. She finally feels relaxed and is able to comfortably get her shot without getting upset. Special kudos to the ladies in the shot clinic, Sierra, Heather and Kendra. You all do an amazing job!
Very pleasant experience. Sierra and Nancy made my child feel very comfortable during her visit.
