Don't bother. Look for a better place.
Absolutely horrible service. They would not refill my albuterol nor my fluticasone salmeterol because I haven't been there in over a year. It's a residual prescription in which they have filled before post one year at least five times. The doctor is a literal joke who couldn't even assess where I stand (mild, to moderated, to severe asthma - despite having already taken a PFT), and the office staff is rude. What more can I say? Billing is awful, they did not work with me. Two kids same service. One was a bunch more. Make sure you have amount figured out.
Strongly recommend against this office if you are a wheelchair user or use a mobility device. There are no curb cuts outside the door, despite the presence of accessible parking. I needed help to get my device up the step.
I was just thinking about my experience from many years ago (early 2000's to 2010) and wanted to share. Dr. Avula is a nice man and he helped me with allergies and asthma but there's one aspect I wish to warn about: if you are obese he WILL talk to you about it...It got to the point at every appointment I was talked to about weight loss surgery and I was going for allergies!
