The staff does not know how to do their job by billing insurance..I brought in my cards to my first appointment to make sure my visit was covered they said it was no problem.Then they send me a bill a week later so I bring in my cards again so they say it's covered again no problem.Then I get another bill so I call tell them and gave the insurance info I have yes I'm covered she said.Now they sent me to collectors so I guess I will be telling the collectors it kinda feels like discrimination at this point every time I go in ... read more
