Dr So. Has the worst temperament and bedside manner of any physician I have ever seen in my entire life. I only came to resolve my severe allergy, and doctor so recommended I also go to a thyroid specialist, even though nothing I had no out of the ordinary lab results, or any other symptoms relating to a thyroid disease. AAC does their best to take care of all of my needs. Dr. So and her staff are very caring; very lovely people.
Dr So and her staff are very thorough and genuinely care about their patients. They always get me in fast and are very responsive when I request an appointment or refills!
I've never been talked to so badly. The manager, Loretta was so unprofessional and rude. I was a patient of theirs for over 10 years and will never go to any of their clinics again.
