I haven't been in years, but Dr. So. is a very good Dr. She is very thorough & all the staff was very friendly & professional.
Located in a singlewide trailer, the location is rundown with loose boards on the handicapped ramp, loose railings on the porch and generally untidy appearance. There was also trash strewn in the grassed area. We didn't stay for the visit due to no seating available for my disabled husband, appearance of the facility, and long wait time. Not recommended.
