I went to Asthma Allergy Care-Delaware this morning and had a beautiful, quick & painless procedure done. On my way out the door making my follow up appt I became lightheaded and fainted to the ground. I never had such great hospitality and compassion from a medical staff. For them to pause what they were doing with other patients to help me. I woke up in a panic but immediately calmed down shortly after. I WAS a patient here. I have asthma and allergies. I was seen here because of one of my many battles with asthma. I left and a few weeks later I was asked for a referral. HUH? Shouldn't this question been asked before I was seen? Long story short.... I didn't get the refer because it was past the date of when I was seen. I was charged $67. WHY BECAUSE YOU SEEN ME WITHOUT A REFERRAL? I went on to make another appointment and was told if you don't pay us we can't see you or make you an appointment. REALLY? I love this practice! The doctors and physicians assistant took great pains to get my meds right. I had such severe dust allergies that I required a cortisone injection on my first visit. I also love that weekly or monthly shots only take 3-5 minutes. Easy!
