This rating is solely based on the office staff. I have seen Dr. McGeehan and she was wonderful. I last saw her about 2-3 years ago. Today I called the office at 10:32am to make an appointment because my allergies have been horrible. The person who took my call said they could see me today at 12:30 but did advise that my D.O.B didn’t match my insurance but stated that wouldn’t be problem as long as I brought my insurance card and driver license. Outstanding experience with Dr McGeehan, she is great!
Extremely frustrated. This office dropped the ball via verbal communication AND email communication. I was NEVER told what I needed to do before my appointment. I have no knowledge of anything allergy testing related. The day of my appointment 5/16 I was refused skin testing, because of my allergy medicine, I was told I needed to take a form down to the lab to do blood testing but it isn’t as accurate so if needed we would then schedule me for a retest via skin. Dr McGeehan and her staff are the best. They truly care about their patients. I tried to venture out for a dr. closer to my home in garland, however the hours of operation were so varied. And. No one else offered early hours for those of us who work early hours. She opens up for us early birds at 6:30 am 3x per week she truly is a blessing.
