RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRONT DESK LADIES LAUGH AMONG THEMSELVES IN SPANISH DISREGARDING THE ABILITY OF OTHERS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT AND WHO THE HECH THEY ARE LAUGHING ABOUT. THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE. SEEK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
