DO NOT GO HERE! This place is unaccommodating and unfriendly! As a long-time patient, I was shocked to find that I couldn't get a refill for my asthma medication during a critical time. They offered me an appointment a month out, and when I explained the urgency of my situation, the receptionist merely said, "Sorry about that." I expected at least a courtesy refill given my circumstances. Save yourself the trouble—FIND ANOTHER FACILITY!
If you have an unforeseen emergency/cancellation don’t plan on rescheduling without getting charged for it! Unfortunately my 1 year old daughter was vomitting and had a ear infection with a fever last night / this morning and I didnt get to make it into my appointment. With babies, these things happen and I tried to call in advance several times with no answer and since they do not have a voicemail operating system - I was unable to leave a message, I texted their messaging system and got no response.
