Took my 1 year old daughter here. I didn’t like the allergist we saw she was super rusty and told me she wasn’t allergic to anything that she was tested for however when we got home she was reacting to all the tree nut oil they used she had hives everywhere I called back and was brushed off like it was nothing
Dr Balekian was very through. She was helpful and came up with a great action plan. I am happy that to not be dismissed as I was with another allergist.
Everyone was so wonderful at the office. We left with answers and completely informed about our new diagnosis.
This place is awful. Wanted to try a new allergist just to get another point of view. Setting up an appointment is awful as no one ever answers the call and you leave a voicemail where you don’t get a response until 5 days later. The workers looks like they don’t want to be there and could care less. I recommend going to Allergy and Asthma Specialists in either Chelmsford or North Andover as they are professional and you have someone to answer your call.
