Omg..I don't know where to start..worst hotel I have EVER stay in motels alot due to my health..ok so I pull up at 2.45 to book in..there's a sign on the door saying ' will be back at 3.20.im picking up my kids from school.. I was dumbfounded..I needed to get in my unit to shower and get my grand daughter ready for my appointment. So I rang the number...polite as I said basically do I really have to wait? Asters is back to a great place to stay the staff are great rooms are clean and comfy
Great place Great service Close to the hospital
Nice to be greeted by a happy staff member, thanks. The room was very clean , I needed the disability room and it was great for my needs. Handy to the Empire theatre where I needed to go to. Shops adjacent were very handy for a quick bite. If in Toowoomba again would definitely stay here.
Aircon, didn't work, the carpet smelt like foot odour, a broken tv on the wall , with a smaller tv in front of it. The pillows were so thin, they must be really old.
