Recently had a shower fitted, I got like for like but the plumber said it won’t get any hotter than that because of the cables on the inside. It was luke warm and unbearable. I rang asterisk and asked them for advice as it was a like for like shower and it wasn’t going to be nice in the winter. The man said I’d got the wrong wattage. First experience of this company. Boiler service was sub contracted to asterisk by Your repair. Promised arrive between 8-12pm. 12.30, not arrived. Informed arrive before 2pm. 2.20pm still nothing. Phoned again there on 25 mins. 3pm not arrived. 3.30 arrived. When asked the engineer why so late, wasn’t never going to be here before 12 and wasn’t informed of 8-12 slot. Only experience of this company, wouldn’t use again

£13 000 for a loo sink and shower, ceiling lights and tiled walls. Single man,lives alone and hardly used the lot in two years as I’m hardly home,and now? A leak that was not there before as I had the WHOLE place renewed,everything. Not a happy man!!!
