Poor management services. Update: time stamped 9/2025 Mold in bathroom, ceiling fan not working, plumbing issues 6star ignores or never completes maintenance repairs in a timely manner or totally makes situations worse. scheduled move-in date was July 27, but when I arrived there was no manager on-site to release the keys. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I was unable to access the unit I had already paid for. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket for an Airbnb (over $400) and deal with the stress of temporary accommodation. My girlfriend has an apartment here at asteria place and she has been there for 8 years or so. Ever since the last management got let go they have been trying to make it right. Extremely hard to reach anyone at asteria place, only way to contact them is through a work order. Highly frustrating and honestly unprofessional. I'm glad I don't personally have to deal with "6 star properties" I'm appalled by their management of asteria place.

One star is way more than this dump deserves. Do NOT even consider Asteria Place. Rapidly deteriorating infrastructure, incompetent (and highly dishonest) management and escalating crime. Was a great place once, but has been run into the ground by neglect and zero regard for tenants needs.
