One star is way more than this dump deserves. Do NOT even consider Asteria Place. Rapidly deteriorating infrastructure, incompetent (and highly dishonest) management and escalating crime. Was a great place once, but has been run into the ground by neglect and zero regard for tenants needs.
Worst place I have ever rented from. Moved out in January and still have not received deposit back. Apartment was full of mold and maintenance never fixed anything due to bad management
we left in November and still haven't received our deposit, terrible attitude, took 50 dollars for a non-working light bulb, tired of writing and calling them, don't rent apartments from them, wanted to give 0 stars but it doesn't work
They are violating Washington state legal code regarding timely deposit return I think(not a lawyer). They are not responding to phone calls, emails or messages. This is illegal right? They are unscrupulous and do not maintain their units. We made 3 separate requests for replacement keys that were all ignored. Sewage leaked in to the lower units and they never finished the repair or even bothered to pay for cleaning, of raw sewage. I wouldn't rent from them even if the other choice is sleeping on the ground.
Had a very seamless move-in and property manager was extremely helpful with any questions I had
