Initial dealings with James were great, I was booked in for my Jeep to be detailed for trade when James had to cancel (which was fine, things happen) I re-booked but had to wait while he caught up on jobs he had cancelled along with mine and in the meantime found a new car and traded the jeep. I contacted James to let him know and enquired if any part of the deposit paid was refundable as I hadn't cancelled the first appointment and I've heard NOTHING!!!!!
