Horrible.My experience so far regarding the treatment for my wife’s cancer diagnosis with astera cancer care is very pathetic. I met Doctor Seeta Trivedi and she suggested me to take couple of tests with Saint Peter’s hospital and Saint Peter’s hospital would call and coordinate for the tests. I did not any call from Saint Peter’s hospital. Astera cancer care did not even fax echo cardiogram / pet ct tests to Saint Peter’s hospital. Dr. Trivedi was absolutely professional. She was kind, compassionate and answered all my questions. And her staff members were warm and welcoming and exhibited superior interpersonal skills. I would strongly recommend Dr. Trivedi and her office staff for any hematology/ oncology needs.
