I’ve recently taken a job for another American Senior Community, and part of my training was shadowing at Aster Place. Everyone was very friendly, not only to me, but to all residents and persons who came in. Everyone is very welcoming, and they all really seem to have a cohesive working environment. Which not only makes it a great place to work, but a great place to send your loved ones since everyone here works together to make it a successful & wonderful environment.
Absolutely the most awful place. Do not put your loved one here! They out & out lie. Tell you what you want to hear to get your money. No real care given at all. So many examples but trust me, it is a horrid place. My Dad got covid & horrible bed sores from there. He went in walking, talking, eating & using the restroom. Six weeks later because of their lack of care, he became chair bound, quit eating altogether, became agitated & his Alzheimer's worsened ten fold. This is a beautiful facility the nurses are absolutely amazing they took amazing care of my mom. If I could give more than five stars I would the nurses always let us know how she was doing and took excellent care of her. We appreciate all you have done.
