All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The facility is kept very clean. The food is always great, and the residents have choices. But, most of all they are very serious when it comes to residents care and well-being. They treat the residents as if they are family. They respect them and most of all, treat them as the individuals they are. If you havent checked them out I highly recommend it!
This community is wonderful. The building is beautiful, staff are warm, caring and friendly and they love the residents. I would suggest this community for anyone looking for a great place for their senior.
Aster Place has a family-feel good atmosphere! The activities, food, medical care and listening ear all combine into one happy place. I always feel i will have a listening ear with a suggestion or comment. I cant think of a better place to live in a long term care facility!!! 5 stars for Aster Place!
Although this is a nicer place than some others it seems that the staff can't keep a schedule for residents that need meds at specific times! There is a turnover rate alot here and they need more personal for all the rooms they have to get too! Higher pay and a better structure for sure!
