I am so thankful for Aster. Especially Kara. She has a very human, realistic approach and gives validation for symptoms I’ve previously been told were “just life” or “have you ever tried taking something off your plate?”. The practice itself is organized, the in-person setting is comfortable, and the telehealth setting is secure and convenient.
