Highly trained & sensitive therapists are available - general staff is very helpful. Overall vibe is you better have insurance & be prepared to pay if you can’t make an appointment- too corporate for my tastes However, individuals are stellar - so it’s a mixed bag.The clinicians & supporting staff are phenomenal despite an overall corporate money driven structure.

The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and impatient. She hung up on me before I was able to ask a question about their policies. Seems like a cold, money-driven place.
Highly recommend … the services both psychiatric and therapeutic are top notch.
