Extremely terrible customer service. Got yelled at over the phone for asking a few simple questions. I do not recommend coming here to get your flowers. There are much better places where the employees are actually nice and helpful. :(
I ordered from 1-800-flowers and the flowers happened to be from Aster. They were gorgeous, fresh and like the photo. Additionally the man that delivered them to my mom rang the doorbell and gave them to her and was very professional and kind. I really appreciate they were handed to her. Thank u! :)
If I could rate this place a negative, I would. I ordered flowers, chocolates and a balloon for Mother’s Day and only the flowers were delivered. I called the shop directly to ask about it and got yelled at and completely disrespected by the woman who answered the phone. She began telling me that she was too busy to look into it, and started yelling at me that I ordered stuff online rather than calling the shop directly. The flowers I ordered were lovely. Aster Florist sent photos for my approval as I contacted them directly not through an 800 number. They were awsome.
Please, please stay away from this florist. My husband ordered an expensive bouquet from an online company and it was farmed out to them. The picture was full with roses, lillies, carnations and filler. Not only did they NOT deliver in the window he paid EXTRA for, the arrangement had only 4 roses, no carnations and was sparse and mostly greens. It was a $14.99 bouquet at best.
