RecommendedWe have lived at Aster for over a year and if you can't be at your home this is the place to be, the R.A. staff goes well beyond the call of duty to help you. Had a few times when we needed the ambulance called and they were so kind and stayed until the ambulance crew arrived even called our family for us. Hands down best place I ever worked at! I love the staff, they are all like family to me, very helpful, and loving. The residents are awesome! Very fun, and keep us on our toes � And Deb Roth is seriously the best boss I ever had, she is great person to be around and always willing to help and listen. I love aster and hope to be here for a very long time!!!!!
Over promise and under deliver . . . Pretty much sums up our experience with Aster Assisted Living in Clintonville. All our negatives stem from manager Deb, $400.00 missing from parents apartment, nothing but denials, then actually catch employee after we filed a police report, then credited back off of rent.Now after moving our loved one to a higher care facility- Deb refuses to refund our $1,000.00 deposit because of a "juice spill" on carpet.
