Outstanding new (hidden) gem in downtown Cville. Outstanding food, wine, and service. The space is perfectly small and exquisite. Our new favorite restaurant spot!
Aster was a delight. And had some impressive elements. I would rate it at a 4.6 based upon order so rounded to 5. The presentation was great. Service was very good. Enjoyed the eclectic mix of music. However a few dishes left me wanting for more and didn’t seem aligned with thoughtfulness of other dishes. Started with cocktails which were top notch. Delicious, interesting food, attentive service and fun vibe (loved the playlist!).
Fun menu in a cozy little restaurant nook. Fun vibe. Definitely want to come back.
