In particular, Maria—who has been with the property since I first signed my lease—has always been responsive and helpful, taking the time to answer any questions I’ve had. The entire leasing team is both friendly and professional, making my experience at Aster truly enjoyable.
Maria from this place is horrible! Please do NOT plan on living here, there are much more friendly and welcoming places to live in college park, MD! Maria was just awful!
警惕！外表光鲜、内里吃人的公寓 过度干涉生活：放个鞋子被说成火灾隐患，装个门铃说“扰民”，自己家后门卸个东西都被警告“影响秩序”。 • 冬天简直无法居住：木结构墙壁隔音差，房间用电一超过2000瓦就跳闸，车库离公寓老远，下雪天根本不现实。 • 拖车就是陷阱：车被拖走完全不提前通知，问管理要证据，他们直接装死。 • 疑似非法处理租户财物：我明明还在合同期内，仅仅短暂离开两天，他们就说我“放弃居住”，直接把屋里的东西全清空给第三方处理！ 所谓“违规停车”的通知，完全没写哪一条规定被违反。 冬天跳闸时的电箱 我的邮件清楚写明我要继续住下去。 总结： 这家公寓靠钻技术空子来赚你的钱，想要住得安心？最好绕开它 为补背山评轮，稚嫩5️⃣星品价，忘周之。
