I had a really positive experience with this team. They went above and beyond trying to source a replacement part for my manual wheelchair and kept me informed every step of the way. When that wasn’t possible, they worked with me to find an alternative solution to get me wheeling again. I’m especially grateful to Brian, the staff member who assisted me—despite this not being his usual area, he took the time to explain everything clearly and follow up. That level of care made a huge difference. Highly recommend.
Don't bother shopping here if you require custom service! I walked into the shop was looking at wheelchairs for my mum, pulled them out picked them up, walked around for a while waiting for one of the 5 staff fluffing around in the shop to offer assistance, no one bothered. Hot tip, offer your customers service as soon as they walk into your shop.
I was recommended to contact Aztec to remove a wheel char lift from a vehicle I’ve just purchased. From first contact Errol was assuring, professional yet down to earth. He was transparent about the costs even though it was a unique scenario considering he had only seen photos I sent him. Nonetheless his team was able to remove the component in a professional manner and made good the carpets and holes which had existed from the install. My Mum ordered equipment still 4 weeks later nothing....so we called to be told that it still needs to be accepted. This is poor customer service especially when the items are needed to help my elderly Mum. Seriously why cant it just be approved why is it it taking so long.
