My Mum ordered equipment still 4 weeks later nothing....so we called to be told that it still needs to be accepted. This is poor customer service especially when the items are needed to help my elderly Mum. Seriously why cant it just be approved why is it it taking so long.
Astec Equipment Services outright refused to provide information requested under the Health Records Act regarding potential fraud and medical negligence during the events leading up to my father’s passing. The senior manager’s behaviour was extremely disrespectful given the circumstances. Staff, including the senior manager, appeared to find the situation amusing, even laughing after tearing up the paperwork and discarding it in the trash. Refusal to provide information under the Health Records Act regarding potential fraud during events leading up to my fathers passing of which the staff including the senior manager found amusing enough to have a good old laugh about it in front of me... Horrible place, be warned.
