Really inclusive and supportive gym! Staff friendly and approachable for advice/help. Clean and good range of equipment for everyone. Bonus outdoor area. All in all great gym would and do recommend to anyone

Had a hyrox class this morning! First one and never done this style of exercise before. Had a lovely experience and super motivating!
