Mr. Sam and Mr. Chuck were AWESOME and truly made the experience enjoyable. Because of them, I really wanted to give 5 stars. However, my experience with the gun instructor was less positive. He seemed to expect students to already have a strong understanding of shooting and firearm handling. As a beginner, I felt he lacked patience during the shooting portion and often raised his voice instead of calmly guiding me through corrections.
