Poor phone ettiqutee and rude onsite job supervisors.
Called in to see if we can get a bid for a property under contract for my client. They couldn't tell me when a person would be "back in town" to be able to give a bid. Tired back again following week and still the same response.
I called to get a quote and had 3 appointments and they never showed up or called me to let me know what was going on nothing just left me hanging.
