The work done at our home was extensive and overall they do a professional job, however, the follow up is dismal. After trying to get them to come and do some simple fix it issues with grout and minor fixes with no response we finally had to hire a different company to come out and make the repairs at a cost of $700. This after spending almost $50,000 for their work. It's unfortunate they don't have good follow up once the job is complete.
