I actually give this joke of a company a negative ZERO star rating. They use every excuse in the book for not having approvals when they say they will. Too many of their "expert" employees have their hands in the "cookie jar" and they don't communicate with one another. We almost lost our home because of their DRAGGING THEIR FEET. I could go on and on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER!!!!!!
