The office rep was very helpful and asked if the new one could be dropped off the next about 8 or 8:30. We appreciated the fact we did have to travel to Idaho Falls,. Both reps were very understanding and helpful.

After misplacing my Assure Link and several calls from the company I finally connected to a very nice rep for the company. She heard me say I was having back surgery the next morning. She promptly drove to Blackfoot on her way to Twin Falls and brought me a monitor, as she knew I may need it. She went above and beyond the call of duty.
