After being a client for over 30 years, Smith-Reiss took it upon themselves to cancel my homeowners policy that was paid through my mortgage company and I was not notified until a year later!!! Quite a shock that I received no mailings, phone calls or any contact from them through this horrible experience!!!! I was notified from my Bank and I had even called Smith--Reiss through this time period and left a message for Eric with no return call!!!! I delt with this company for a long time then was given a new agent terrible service did not listen " Just pay the premium Chris" We cant find a better deal... I made one phone call to another company and recieved much better coverage.Terrible service Call sombody else.
We went from great personal service to just being a number after Assured Partners bought Smith-Reiss. Different people in different cities for business versus personal insurance. Neither rep knew much if anything about our accounts. Personal basically became “call Grange Insurance Company.” What?
