have these shutter for 5 years. the locks constantly freeze and just when you have peace of mind so upset all this monies spent and the workmanship on the locks is not to par at all. I*m in such distress knowing our hurricane shutters are not even working as i did the maintenance and lubirication and locks still froze. Now have to spend alot monies to fix each shutter so so frustrating. There to post to be guraranteed 10 years as per contract and see no help is on the way after calling today Assured.
