If I could give this company zero stars for their lack of customer service and professionalism, I would! Heres what happened:They came to install the impact windows and an accordion shutter, and we scheduled a city inspection for Friday. Absolutely the worst mistake we have made in years hiring this company. It took them 6 visits to our house to get the shutters correct. We are still waiting for our high impact windows from them. The owners son has been so rude to me time and time again. He has threatened to put a lean on our house as leverage for us not being happy with what has happened. If you are looking for a wonderful company to provide hurricane protection, this is the place to go. Assured is the BEST! They were on time, great price and fabulous service for the Supernova Accordian shutter I purchased from them. They are also participants of the ******* Grant ******* Also passed inspection first time. They took care of everything for me from start to finish. I used Assured Storm Protection for an Impact door. I only needed one standard impact door. They were one of the only companies that would do the work for just one door. I appreciated their professionalism. Everything went exactly as planned. Whenever I had a question it was answered immediately and correctly. I would recommend Assured Storm Protection to anyone looking for storm protection.

Had the Supernova hurricane shutters installed by Assured Storm Protection. Everyone from the salesman, to the office staff to the installer were professional and the estimate was accurate and fairly priced for the quality of the product. They organized the paperwork, permits and documents needed by the *** and the City of Deerfield and helped keep everything moving smoothly. Very professional and terrific to do business with. The shutter look and work great. Highly recommend.

From the moment I met *** from Assured Storm Protection, I felt that he was honestly invested in what I wanted to do and worked with me to make it happen.
