Absolutely the worst mistake we have made in years hiring this company. It took them 6 visits to our house to get the shutters correct. We are still waiting for our high impact windows from them. The owners son has been so rude to me time and time again. He has threatened to put a lean on our house as leverage for us not being happy with what has happened.
