Very professional office staff, clean and well illuminated facility. Very satisfied with check in, efficient, streamlined paperwork, billing set-up. Easy , secure entry access. Highly recomend!
The managers at this facility are constantly stealing from storage units. I buy abandoned units at online auctions as part of my regular business. I have purchased units at many different facilities, and I have bought from this one twice — and nowhere else have I experienced anything like this. About two weeks ago, I won a unit at this facility for the second time. Within 20 minutes, I was already in the office. John has been wonderful since he has taken over. He is very helpful! Many upgrades have been done with more to come. Happy with my units!
I’ve been renting a storage unit here for years to store my equipment. Middle of the year My Place took over and has completely gone over the property with a pavement refreshment, washed and painted the units and had the cameras fixed and added new ones. The guy who runs the office seems to check the grounds pretty frequently, and picks up trash, and is always friendly.
