Been trying to get ahold of this place for a month. Cant pay for my unit. Doesn’t answer calls and the automated voicemail tells you to go to their inexistent website, tried to get my stuff today and they blocked my PIN code from opening the door. If anyone knows how to contact please let me know.
Me and my boyfriend went check on my moms storage building after seeing a post on Facebook we show up to a puppy running around that some man that is living in his car and the storage building he allowing dog to pee poop all over floor he never came threw the door with pin he is using front door how I’m not sure he was telling us he does drugs and he had the place smelling like weed! Because I can’t give them a big fat zero stars—this is the WORST place to store your things or to get in contact with. Assured Storage in Taylorsville,NC:: I would go and check or remove your things out of there if you have a unit. First it started with not being able to load their website to make our payment. Then I have called, texted, as well as emailed weeks before Christmas-to try and get ahold of someone and no response.
