I have reserved a unit and cannot get anyone to answer the phone nor is there anyway inside the building even though it says they are open, there is no one here and the voicemail is full to where you cannot leave a message to even get your stuff into storage
This place is horrible. All around terrible interaction with this 'company'. Using that term very lightly. 1 girl runs the phone and she's clueless to literally everything. Taylorsville location has the tops of their units secured with chicken wire. Do NOT recommend anyone even looking this place up on Google. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible!!!
They never call back I still have my things I. Storage there and I need to come back and get my belongings I feel like they stole my stuff because now they are tellin me I do t have a account and I clearly do I don’t know what scam they running but it needs to be stopped
