Avoid at all possible. Whoever runs this "business" is engaging in shady practices. Was recommended by family for something cheap for my mom and I. We paid our lot on time and never was late. This month swings around and our pin suddenly doesn't even work any more. Found out our payment didn't go through, their phone goes straight to voicemail, and no one locally wants to answer the phone. A few other tenants are having this same issue too.
Been trying to get ahold of this place for a month. Cant pay for my unit. Doesn’t answer calls and the automated voicemail tells you to go to their inexistent website, tried to get my stuff today and they blocked my PIN code from opening the door. If anyone knows how to contact please let me know.
Me and my boyfriend went check on my moms storage building after seeing a post on Facebook we show up to a puppy running around that some man that is living in his car and the storage building he allowing dog to pee poop all over floor he never came threw the door with pin he is using front door how I’m not sure he was telling us he does drugs and he had the place smelling like weed!
