On our latest episode of homeownership, our water heater broke. Like our previous episode, we made 2 calls, 1 to a company recommended by someone, and to Assured Service. Company 1: We called and left a voicemail message. But they followed up via text. Asking for pictures of the issues, and pausing to provide a estimate.
