Assured is doing an excellent job caring for my father. Very communicative and helpful, and treating my father well.
When Assured bought the company from Serenity Homes ALF, it went downhill. The management and administration were horrible at communicating, even though we asked several times for communication to improve. On a care plan Zoom call, one of the executive directors was downright rude to our entire family. I could not believe the unprofessionalism that she showed. They always assured me that there would be two caregivers on-site at all times. However, there were several occasions when I would visit my mother, and only one staff ... read more
