Tread very carefully with this company as they promise the moon but aren’t what they claim they are. We were up front with Francis the owner about my mom’s condition and he reassured us that they would be able to take care of my mom. Office management is a joke. They over work their employees and give little to no training. Their idea of training is reading a paper and signing it. They are quick to say what employees can't do but fail to give brakes that are required by law. Very little communication if your not in the office group. There's never really food. You have to go barrow from other houses for what you need on a daily. They can't keep staff, and hire staff that is not equipped to handle this type of care. I worked in the peach house for 3 day's and then I was let go conveniently after reporting physical abuse and neglect that I witnessed going on in this facility. I was unjustifiably fired for doing the right thing. I reached out to my supervisor Brittany/Jamie to let them know the things I witnessed in the 3 day's and things I was being told by a resident about safety. 20 minutes later I was informed by a caregiver that I have never met that Stephanie the owner said that I had leave for "poor job performance".
