Have just sold a rental property through Assured Residential - it wasn't entirely straightforward (buyer issues) and James was a big help in communicating with the buyer and the solicitor to move things forward as well as supporting the final completion in my absence. James managed the sales process and kept me fully informed throughout. I'm a Landlord and have been using Assured for over 7 years. I'll get straight to the point, they are very professional and really know what they are doing.
