My experience with Assured Residential was really good. I would recommend this company for, its professional approach and very nice service.
Called recently to book a viewing and received a very bad customer service approach by the agent on the phone who basically talked down on me. After hearing my annual salary his tone changed. Decided not to go for the viewing and have nothing to do with their service. Please work on your approach with customers 👍🏽
Have just sold a rental property through Assured Residential - it wasn't entirely straightforward (buyer issues) and James was a big help in communicating with the buyer and the solicitor to move things forward as well as supporting the final completion in my absence. James managed the sales process and kept me fully informed throughout.
