The movers Jeff and Sergio were great, very efficient, didn't waste time and were careful with everything! It was an easy move because of them. Joanne in the office was very personable, nice and so easy to talk to. Joanne and Craig have great communication skills. Thank you everyone for a easy and professional move. The other reviews are done because other people want to make sure that others do not have to deal with such a horrible company. Assured Relocation does not care about people, will not do the right thing, when they make a mistake, and make up lies to counter your complain. The insurance is for accidents, but the damage of my roll top desk was from negligence!! Atlas Van Lines is an excellent company, and they should evaluate removing Assured as one of their agents!
