I was very impressed with the installation of our new HVAC system. Our technician Mr. Rankin was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient with explaining the process and showing pictures of his completed work. We had some shotty duct work from before that he saw needed repairs and took care of it. We would highly recommend him and plan to use him and Assured Quality Heating and Cooling , LLC for the future.

Quality and professional service! It can be hard to find a trustworthy technician, but Octavin was great from start to finish. He listened to my issue, confirmed the problem, talked me through the fix and even showed me the part, which had caused the problem. I would 100% recommend to others.
