Octavin was the gentleman who came to resolve our issue after receiving approval from the landlord. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and respectful of our home. He quickly replaced the necessary part and took the time to fully explain what he was doing. We truly appreciated his efficiency and the care he showed while working in our space.

AC stopped blowing air into the house. Called the number and got intouch with Octavian directly. Although he was about to head out of town to do scheduled work, he was able to squeeze me to take a look. It turned out to be nothing major, he looked at everything and gave a perfect bill of health for my system. MJ to a look earlier and want to charge to repair a part that did not need it yet.
