We have just had Assured out to fix a heating element in the boiler on our commercial premises. After contacting them, they talked through the process right away and got a plumber out to assess the problem. The booking time was a week later which we did not mind and they have fixed the problem easily. No hidden charges and very professional service from booking to fixing. Would recommend
Needed some electrical work undertaking extra sockets installing, some also being moved ,moving of aerial socket. The job was completed in a day ,and quality of work was excellent ,minimal dispruption.I would highly recommend the workmanship and the reasonable price, and I would 100% use again.
This company and all of its employees are amazing, I can highly recommend!! I moved house at the start of the year and have had a number of issues with both the plumbing and the boiler. Whenever I phone Assured the customer service is exceptional and the engineers that have come out to the house to complete work/repairs have completed all work to a very high standard. After using Assured I wouldn't consider using anyone else, absolutely brilliant!!
