I've gotten phone calls to have my mammogram done. I told the last person I talked to that I was having it done at three crosses. Yesterday I received a certified letter. I missed the mail carrier so I went to the post office this morning to get the letter. The letter was from assured imaging telling me that the radiologist had recommended another exam and this was my third and final notice. I had a biopsy last year(benign) and I know how important it is to get an exam and I appreciate the reminder. However, that was extreme... read more

I showed up 10 min early for my appointment as requested to fill out paperwork. Once I got there I was told the technician just left cause she was having trouble with her eyes. There was no phone call made or prior notification given to me. I waited 20 minutes for her to get back only to be told they were dilating her eyes. I took leave off work & cant believe the lack of consideration that was given.

Awful customer service. No way to schedule online. Waited in que on the scheduling line for over 30 minutes to get hung up on.
