I showed up 10 min early for my appointment as requested to fill out paperwork. Once I got there I was told the technician just left cause she was having trouble with her eyes. There was no phone call made or prior notification given to me. I waited 20 minutes for her to get back only to be told they were dilating her eyes. I took leave off work & cant believe the lack of consideration that was given.
Awful customer service. No way to schedule online. Waited in que on the scheduling line for over 30 minutes to get hung up on.

Very nice staff and wonderful technicians. Made me feel comfortable during all of my medical procedures. Would highly recommend!!
