Kevin was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He hit the major high points with me on the day of the inspection and explained it in a way that was very easy to understand. The quality of the review document he sent me was phenomenal. Issues were very well documented with pictures and suggestions on what needed to be done to remedy them; some to be addressed by the seller, and others with notes that they would be simple/easy fixes that I could do myself after taking possession of the property. As a first-time home buyer, it is nerve-wracking to buy a house and all the potential quirks or problems that might come with it. Kevin left no stone unturned when inspecting our house before we buy. Wow...we recently used Kevin and I have to say I'm impressed with his work of inspection of the house. I was our first time buying house we learned a lot from Kevin by asking him question. He was very detailed with his inspection on A to Z that is required by law. I would recommend anyone to use him for house inspection. Spending money up front on inspection will save you tons of money in future investment.

Kevin did a great job with our inspection. He gave an in person report of concerns and a detailed electronic report soon after. He was realistic about issues he found, rather than the 'doom & gloom' tone that we have gotten in previous inspection experiences. Would highly recommend him.
