For the last 10 years we have counted on this company to help us quickly and with expert care when we have had a number of issues with our furnace and air conditioning system. We are on a limited budget and trust them to give an honest evaluation of the problem and a repair at a reasonable price. Rick and his crew are always polite and considerate in explaining the work needed.

I was directed to Assured by my home warranty company. We called due to an unusual flame pattern. We even asked them about the heat exchanger because we had heard that is a common cause. They came out, tightened a hose, and assured us there were no other issues. Now that it's cold we have found that our furnace is unacceptably loud (think an airplane taking off). This is the best hvac shop in Lake Country. Rick (owner) is fair and honest......rare in todays world. Fast responce to service calls. Rick and his staffhet or done ritethe

The owner of this company is very dedicated. I lived in Waukesha in1997 and got to see the hard work and commitment that Rick put in to satisfy each customer. I live in Oshkosh now and cannot find the same dedication to satisfaction. I highly recomend this company.
