I have severe dentophobia/odontophobia. Just sitting in a dentist chair makes me cry. Dr. James AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF, from reception to the technicians, were extremely kind and patient with me. They took care to explain everything they did before they did it, which is very important to me when dealing with this type of phobia.
