Best experience I've ever had! Customer service is 2nd to none
I have severe dentophobia/odontophobia. Just sitting in a dentist chair makes me cry. Dr. James AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF, from reception to the technicians, were extremely kind and patient with me. They took care to explain everything they did before they did it, which is very important to me when dealing with this type of phobia. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. James. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. His rapport was beyond expectation and I would recommend him and his office to anyone needing endodontic treatment.
I was referred by my dentist Dr. Brett at Aspen Denal for a root canal. The staff was friendly and the Dr. James was very knowledgeable and professional. The Dr. James numbed me up really good, so good I almost fell a sleep while he was performing the procedure. Today is the day after and I am not in any pain. The staffed checked on me to verify if I needed any paid meds and I do not!
Dr James is awesome. Explains every detail. He’s patient and reassuring. Staff was great. Everyone is so nice. Procedures like these can be scary. Everyone there put my mind at ease. 10/10 would recommend.
