Sold a car which ended up having a multitude of issues. These were diagnosed by an independent mechanic. Car was returned and some superficial repairs were carried out but the main issue ignored and the fault simply cleared. When the fault reappeared later car was out of warranty and had to be repaired by an independent mechanic at a cost of £600. More faults continue to appear with the car. Bought my daughter’s first car from the Cumbernauld Depot. Had a great experience was looked after by John who was great, took the car for a test drive and bought it there and the. The heating wasn’t working so they fixed it before we collected it. Got it home and the horn wasn’t working, phoned and spoke to Paul and he said bring it in.
