If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We took our vehicle to Assured Toyota after it was stolen and damaged, expecting a smooth repair process. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional. The car was ready mid-January, but we couldn’t pick it up because they left the roof open while waiting for a dashcam part that they don’t have and have no ETA for.
