For anyone that thinks Google reviews are 100% transparent, they aren't. This business keeps deleting their reviews. We know 3 people who reviewed on here now. As for my car, was in better state than when I dropped it off here. This place is the epitome of insurance fraud and will tow your vehicle to a third party to have the repairs done. Falsy advertising as a full autobody shop. You might get a vehicle back that doesn't even work anymore.. like me! Say goodbye to your investment. BEWARE!
We were looking for a new car and we can't say enough about the help we received from Dane Madsen. I have dealt with a few salespeople lately and Dane has been the best of them all. Knowledgable, approachable, professional and very helpful. I'd recommend him ay time, as well as Myers Kanata Volkswagen.
I went with this location since I had issues with the last location from a few years ago. My car was dropped off on March 15th. The back and forth was unbelievable. Say 1 thing and then say something else. If I hadn't pushed, it would have taken an extra week. My rental was only good for 14 days. I went over my limit of the rental due to the company taking time with the repairs. Originally I was giving a 1 star but since they paid for the extra days I had the rental for, I changed it to a 3.
