I had an excellent experience at Assured Concordia West. Our car was repaired quickly and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to Courtney at the front desk for being so helpful, professional and friendly. She made everything easy. I also want to thank Sam for the fantastic repair work and frequent updates. I felt our car was in good hands. The repair work looks great and was done faster than expected. Highly recommend this location for their great service and efficiency!
Flawless Repair & Excellent Service! I can't recommend Assured Condordia West enough! It took a little bit longer to get my vehicle back (due to incorrect/incomplete parts being delivered to the shop), however they were very forthcoming with every single step in the process and I understood that the delay was not the fault of anyone at Assured. I would absolutely recommend having them repair your vehicle - very friendly, extremely helpful and professional.
I recently had my car repaired again at Assured Automotive. This is the third time I have dealt with them (once not my fault and twice I screwed up backing). I have dealt with Ricky each time and have been more than happy with the communication and results. All efforts were made to find me good used parts to save me money and the end result looked like new. You may find a cheaper place to get your car repaired but, you get what you pay for. Here you get service you can trust and they go the extra mile for you.
