Incredible service from start to finish! The whole team there including Andy, Ricky, Kyle (just to name a few) went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible. I was kept up to date on progress and was treated with impeccable customer service anytime I had to call or go into the office. And the repair crew did such an amazing job on the vehicle! Scott & his crew provided Yeoman service in repairs (even cleaning inside & out of the vehicle). Repairs were done as estimated and within the time frame given. Car looks like new! Thanks to Scott & All involved! I would definitely recommend Assured Automotive for vehicle body work and repairs!
Great post repair service from Andy! Had bumper and some body work done in the fall.. A couple of clips broke over the winter and dropped in to see if they could replace. Andy not only fixed the rear bumper clips, but also the side panel (which they hadn't even touched last fall). I was in and out in 10 min. No charge and a smile. Would not hesitate to recommend. UPDATE WARNING I want to provide an update based on ongoing developments. The manager, Kyle, and staff member, Ricky, were both aware of and acknowledged my concerns about my vehicle. Despite this, those concerns were not accurately communicated to my insurance company (even though they said they were), and my vehicle was reported as fully repaired.
