Very satisfied with their service. Kept me in the loop. I think they went above and beyond, getting set up with a shuttle from the rental company and also getting my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible. My vehicle came back to me, detailed, looking and smelling lol like a new car. 10 out of 10 easily
Our older model vehicle was assessed and forwarded to insurance in a timely manner. Ordering parts during a time of Tardif was very difficult but Izabella managed to find what was needed. Thank you Izabella and staff for the great service. We are pleased with the repairs .
After going back-and-forth over an unresolved insurance claim repair, I found myself picking up my vehicle for the fourth time without the issue being rectified. After being advised to bring it to the dealership to have it fixed at my own expense, I then had To argue their responsibility.
