Was rear ended in early April. Dropped off my car at the Reagent location but had all my repairs done at the Chelmsford site. Staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Communication on repair status was given fairly regularly (don't expect week to week updates, just major ones). Overall, the repair was done really well. Can barely tell I was in an accident at all.
