Absolutely ridiculous. It’s just a scam with insurance company and the assured automotive. They both team up and rip off clients. So Apprently my rim was damaged and when assured put the rim in my vehicle they damage the rim and I called them right away once I got my car. And now insurance claims that I damage the rim. So end of day both assured and intel (Belair direct) teamed up together to rip off their clients. I will be looking forward to talk to Belair direct and I will be looking for a resolution. I had a good experience with Assured Automotives overall. Their service was efficient and professional, and the staff was helpful throughout the process.
